Elmhurst, Queens’ own, Homeboy Sandman has been quite prolific — The Chimera EP will be the rapper’s third release in the last 18 months or so. Add this to the multiple guest appearances, and he’s making sure that you won’t forget about him anytime soon. “I Do Whatever I Want” brings it back to the days of the boom bap beat and a catchy hook. I’ve said it before, he’s probably one of hip hop’s smartest emcees — his wordplay and flow are unlike any rapper you’ve heard out there.
