The Austin, Texas-based quartet, the Calm Blue Sea have a name that’s fitting because their sound seems oceanic — at times peaceful, and at other times churning and tempestuous. “Mary Ann Nichols,” is the first single from their long-awaited sophomore release, Arrivals and Departures and the track is utterly beautiful.
Arrivals and Departures will see an October 9th release from Modern Outsider Records.
